While BMSC remains operational with essential staff, we are exploring opportunities to provide new spring/summer course additions and BMSC Live experiences, offered via online teaching and learning, to provide more students with the opportunity to continue progressing through their programs during these times.

UNIVERSITY CREDIT COURSES

Attend Canada’s premier coastal research and training facility, where we offer unique field courses in coastal and marine sciences and other disciplines during the Summer and Fall semesters.

FIELD TRIPS

Engage your students in a virtual learning experience at Canada’s premier marine science facility on the wild west coast. We provide programming for university and K-12 groups!

SCHOLARSHIPS & BURSARIES

BMSC offers scholarships to undergraduate students, and bursaries for Field Trips groups and individual students to help support the cost of visiting BMSC on a field trip for your school.

UNDERGRADUATE RESEARCH FELLOWSHIPS

A competitive award to support an undergraduate student’s return to BMSC for a short time during a subsequent semester, to complete research started during a BMSC course.
