Patrick uses locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, and grows his own herbs on site. We can provide gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or peanut-free options.
Under Patrick’s direction, he and the catering crew ensures that the fresh West Coast cuisine is served promptly at an optimal temperature from our fully equipped industrial kitchen.
